Disney Trip - March 20-25, 2020

Band -- Choir -- Orchestra

The Monarch High School Music Department will be taking a trip to Orlando, Florida in March 2020.  The trip will include members of the marching band, choir and orchestra.  This site provides all the details regarding the trip.  Please see information below for trip cost/inclusions, forms, and a teaser videos of Disney Attractions.  More information will be added soon (fundraising, etc.).

Cost & Trip Inclusions

STUDENT COST - $1894

  • Round Trip Airfare
     

  • 5 Nights in Hotel (5 students to a suite room)
     

  • Daily Breakfast at Hotel
     

  • 3 Day Park Hopper Pass for Walt Disney World

  • 1 Day Park Hopper Pass for Universal Studios
     

  • Downtown Disney Evening Excursion

Payment Schedule

1st payment                 $200                        May 17th

2nd payment                $500                       August 16th

3rd payment                 $500                       October 18th

4th payment                 $500                        November 15th

Final payment             $194/Balance             January 8th

Trip balance must be paid in full by January 8th 2020 or you will be removed from the trip and lose some or all of the money you have paid.

  • Travel Denver Airport to Orlando Airport

  • Downtown Disney (dinner/shopping)

 

SATURDAY, MARCH 21

  • Breakfast at Hotel

  • Epcot

  • Band - Your Instrumental Workshop

  • Choir - Disney Sings!

  • Orchestra - Your Instrumental Workshop

  • Illumination Fireworks @ Epcot

SUNDAY, MARCH 22

  • Breakfast at Hotel

  • Hollywood Studios (Chaperone Groups can go all together via Park Hopper to Animal Kingdom on this day if they would like)

 

MONDAY, MARCH 23

  • Breakfast at Hotel

  • Magic Kingdom

  • Marching Band - Parade

  • Magic Kingdom Fireworks

TUESDAY, MARCH 24

  • Breakfast at Hotel

  • Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure

 

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 25

  • Breakfast at Hotel

  • Travel Orlando to Denver

If sending to the school, mail won't be picked up/input to Charms until after July 1

2. Email Libby Locker for arrangements to drop off at her Superior home.
