Guard Volunteer Job Descriptions

Friday Set Up Crew: set up school, concessions, hang signs etc.

Guard Hosts: Escort students to their waiting area, escort to warm up. Great for students!

Spectator Door: Check that all spectators have wristband to enter, no food in gym 

Ticketing:  Selling tickets to spectators

Unit Check-in: Check-in guards as they come

Parking/Traffic:  Helping with the traffic flow and logistics

Judges Room Runners: Run drinks and snacks to judges as need (great opportunity for middle school students)

Unit Entrance: Hold door to gym open for guards and props to enter

Unit Exit: Hold door to gym open for guards and props to exit

Warm-up Monitor: Keep track of guards allotted time in each warm-up space, keep guards moving

Concessions:  Selling concessions to spectators.

Grill Master: burgers and dogs
