We need help with this yearly family event. 5 volunteers will need to help set up the tables and help organize the food as it arrives. 5 additional volunteers will stay until the event is over to help clean up everything and put away tables.

Our yearly Family Preview and Potluck is a time to get to know each other as band family. To pull it off we need two sets of volunteers to help.
