9:15am - Call Time @Monarch
9:30am - Warmup/Rehearsal
10:30am - Packup/Eat/Load/Prepare for departure
12:00pm - Depart for North Area Athletic Complex
1:00pm - Arrival on site

Truck Drivers
We need your help to pick up box trucks, drive them to Monarch to load gear, then to the festival. At the end of the festival, after the gear has been packed, drive back to Monarch to unload and then return the truck. It is IDEAL to also volunteer for a Pit Pusher or Prop Pusher too!
