To Our Incredible Festival Volunteers and Band Families,

THANK YOU for making this year’s Monarch Marching Festival such a tremendous success!!

From the volunteers who arrived before sunrise to prepare the parking areas, to those who set up the festival grounds, greeted visiting bands, supported the press box, managed spectator tickets, worked long concessions lines, hosted our volunteer table, guided spectators, and stayed long after the final performance to clean up — each one of you played an important role in making this event possible.

Hosting a marching festival of this size is no small task. It takes countless hours of planning, coordination, and teamwork. Because of your willingness to step in, our students and guests experienced an event that reflected the spirit of the Monarch community. Your welcoming smiles, flexibility, hard work, and positive attitudes created an environment where everyone felt welcomed and supported. The many compliments we received throughout the day were a direct reflection of YOU!

Beyond the excitement and activity of the festival, something else meaningful took place. Our kids saw you.

They saw parents and band families giving their time and energy, because they believe in them and the program they love. They witnessed what it means to come together, support one another, and accomplish something greater than any one person can achieve alone. That is what makes our Monarch community so special. And that is the example that stays with our students long after the final notes have been played. We are fortunate to have a community like ours standing behind these kids.

Please know how deeply grateful we are for every hour you volunteered, every challenge you helped solve, and every bit of extra effort you made along the way. Events like this would not be possible without the generosity and commitment of our band families and volunteers.
