8:15am - Call Time @ Monarch
8:30am - Warm up/Stretch, get feeling good for the first show!
9:30am - Load the Trucks/Breakfast/Prepare for departure
11:00am - Depart Monarch HS
1:00pm - On Site, Percussion Unload Truck, Band Watch Berthoud & Prairie View
1:30pm - Put on Full Uniform, Prepare for Warmup
2:00pm - Band Body Warmup
2:25pm - Percussion Warmup
2:35pm - Band Music Warmup
3:15pm - On Deck
3:30pm - PREMIERE OF SIMPLE GIFTS!
3:45pm - Debrief/Load Truck/Eat
4:30pm - Awards
4:45pm - Finish loading if needed, load buses
5:15pm - Estimated Departure
6:45pm - Estimated arrival at Monarch

Volunteering is the lifeblood of our kids' success in band. Please jump in anytime you are able to help out. Upcoming volunteer needs:
Monarch Fest
Monarch Marching Festival - It Takes All of Us
Our Marching Festival is less than a month away, and excitement is building! Hosting this event is one of the largest undertakings of our season and one of the most important fundraisers supporting our band program.
Thank you to everyone who has already signed up! If you haven't selected a volunteer shift yet, now is the perfect time to sign up. Many important positions are still available, and participation from every family is essential. Whether you can volunteer before, during, or after the festival, we have a role for you! If you're unsure which position would be the best fit, review the Festival Volunteer Descriptions or contact the Festival Coordinator - we're happy to help you find a great match. No prior experience is needed for any role - we will provide guidance and train you! Reminder that volunteers are provided free entry into the festival and all volunteers can watch Monarch perform, with the exception of a small crew at Concessions.
We are still looking for sponsors for the festival! For more information, please check out our flyer with sponsor opportunities.
