CBA State Championships
About the event
SCHEDULE
We won’t know our schedule for the State Championships until all regionals conclude the evening of October 15. Mr. Vandermeer will send out an official detailed schedule for State via CutTime to all families by Friday, October 16.
Top 6 bands after all 4A regional events conclude receive a bye from quarter finals on Friday and go straight to Semi-Finals on Saturday
IF WE HAVE TO ATTEND QUARTERFINALS
Sample Schedule: Friday, October 23 - Rehearse in the morning, load truck & buses, leave around 11:00 am to arrive around 1:00 pm at the latest. Perform around 4:40
IF WE GET THE BYE FROM QUARTERS
Sample Schedule: Saturday, October 24 - Meet in the morning, load buses, leave in the morning to arrive before 11am (depending on where we are seeded). 4A performs between 12:30-3:30.
IF WE MAKE FINALS: Saturday, Oct 24, 4A performs between 7:30pm-9:15pm, Full retreat at 9:30pm.
ENTRY INTO THE AIR FORCE ACADEMY
All guests 18 years and older, entering the Air Force Academy for the State Championships must fill out the security pre-clearance form. You can find more info here: https://www.coloradomarching.org
