Trip Information

In Spring of 2027, the Monarch Music Department is planning a trip to bring their students to visit Nashville, Tennessee to see the music capital of the world!

Proposed Dates

  • March 11, 2027 - Depart Denver for Nashville Sightseeing

  • March 12, 2027 - Sightseeing

  • March 13, 2027 - Sightseeing

  • March 14, 2027 - Sightseeing, Depart Nashville for Denver

Dear Monarch Music Students and Families, If you were unable to attend our Trip Kickoff meeting for the 2027 Music Department trip to Nashville, this document will help you get the necessary information.

This presentation includes the latest information on proposed dates, a rough 4-day detailed itinerary, costs, ways of offsetting costs, and how to officially sign up.

Parents may sign up as a follower. Followers will participate in group activities, but are not responsible for supervising students. We also need chaperones! Those who wish to become chaperones must fill out this google form in order to be considered Nashville Chaperone Interest.

Deadlines

  • Monday, June 1, 2026 $220.00 per person + INSURANCE

  • Wednesday, July 1, 2026 $220.00 per person

  • Saturday, August 1, 2026 $220.00 per person

  • Tuesday, September 1, 2026 $220.00 per person

  • Thursday, October 1, 2026 $220.00 per person

  • Sunday, November 1, 2026 $220.00 per person

  • Tuesday, December 1, 2026 $220.00 per person

  • Friday, January 1, 2027 $220.00 per person

  • Monday, February 1, 2027 $205.00 per person OR BALANCE
